Acrobeat · last updated 20 July 2026

Acrobeat is a free, single-player game with no accounts and no login. This policy covers both the game at acrobeat.app and the Acrobeat app on Google Play, which is the same game in an app wrapper. It touches very little data, and this page explains exactly what it touches, why, and how you stay in control of it. The short version: the game runs on your device, your scores live on your own device, and the only outside services involved are Google's analytics and, where shown, ads.

What the game stores on your device

The game saves a few things in your browser's local storage, which is a small store that lives only on your device:

This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. It exists so the game can remember your progress between visits. Some of it is stored in a lightly scrambled form to discourage casual score tampering, but that is not a security measure and none of it identifies you. Clearing this site's storage in your browser erases all of it, including your high score and streak. In the Android app the same data is kept by Chrome rather than inside the app itself; see Your choices below for how to clear it there.

Cookies

Acrobeat itself does not need cookies to run; your progress is kept in local storage as described above, not in cookies. Cookies and similar technologies only come into play through Google's services, and only as described in the next two sections:

Advertising

To keep the game free, Acrobeat may show ads served by Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see a given ad. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads; if you decline, you will see non-personalised ads instead, which are based only on general context rather than your activity.

Google uses advertising data in line with its own policies. You can review how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, review its advertising practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads. You can also opt out of personalised advertising from many providers at aboutads.info/choices.

Analytics

Acrobeat uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the game is played, for example how far players climb, which control scheme they choose, how they respond to difficulty, and how long a session lasts. We use this only to improve the game. We do not collect names, email addresses, or accounts, only anonymous gameplay events. IP addresses are not retained by Google Analytics 4.

Basic measurement is cookieless and always runs; it sets no cookie and does not identify you. More detailed measurement sets a cookie so returning visits can be recognised. Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this detailed measurement is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time using the privacy choices shown in the game. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it stays off until you turn it on. Either way, the basic cookieless measurement stays in place.

Your choices and how to opt out

You are in control of the optional parts at any time:

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, and erasure. Because Acrobeat holds no account and keeps your gameplay data on your own device, the practical way to exercise erasure is to clear this site's storage; for anything else you can contact us using the details below.

What we do not collect

To be clear about the limits: there are no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. We do not sell personal data. The game does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, or files.

Children

Acrobeat is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
